(a) whether you intend to submit a proposal or not
and, if affirmative
(b) whether you intend to enhance your experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s).
The deadline of proposal submission is before 16pm 1st June 2015. Details on the proposal’s submission date, time and address are provided in the RFP.
The CPMU invites all the above shortlisted-firms to contact to the client to get a hard copy of the RFP in the above mentioned address from 8a.m on 17 April 2015 to 16p.m on 1st June 2015.
The consultants are encouraged to provide a Vietnamese version of the proposals for the purpose of clarity in evaluation. This is not a must. In case of discrepancy between English and Vietnamese version, the English version shall prevail.
